The Launch Pro is a Foresight GC3 in Bushnell colours at less than half the price — the catch is the subscription. Ball data is included on the Launch Pro; club data (speed, path, attack) and FSX Pro need the Silver plan; GSPro and E6 access need Gold. The indoor-only Launch Pro i drops the screen and battery and requires a plan for everything. Exports come out of FSX exactly like a GC3's.

Best for: Golfers who want GC3-grade camera data and are happy to pay $199–499 a year instead of $6,999 up front.

Which numbers are measured — and which are computed

Every launch monitor computes some of what it shows. A carry distance is a trajectory model run on measured launch numbers; a smash factor is one measurement divided by another. Knowing which is which tells you how much to trust a change — and it is what ShotIQ's import gateway uses to decide which analyses to switch on for your sessions.

M = measured directly by the device · Mo = modelled from measured launch conditions · D = derived from two other metrics · C = a label the device assigns · E = estimated · — = not offered. Superscripts refer to the notes below.

Spin, balls and stickers

Spin: Camera-measured at impact with any ball, indoors or out.

Club data: Same optics as the GC3 — speed, path and attack from stickers — and Bushnell's FSX package lists face-to-path, dynamic loft/lie, closure rate and face impact for the Launch Pro. All of it is behind Silver or Gold. ShotIQ's Impact Lab reads whatever columns your export carries.

Subscription: Silver $199/yr: FSX Pro, ball + club data, 5 FSX Play courses, Pinseeker. Gold $499/yr: 25 courses, 3D simulation, third-party access (GSPro, E6 Connect — no separate GSPro licence). Historically US-only with an internet check every 45 days; expanding to UK/EMEA in 2026.

Space and setup

How accurate is it?

GC3 hardware, GC3 accuracy — camera-measured launch and spin, indoors and out. Foresight publishes no consumer error bars.

How to get your data into ShotIQ

FSX Pro / FSX Play (PC)

  1. Open Session History, select the session, Export → CSV.
  2. Upload to ShotIQ → Know Your Game → Add a session and declare Bushnell Launch Pro; ShotIQ's Foresight parser reads the file (it recognises 'Launch Pro' and 'Bushnell' in the export).

Format: CSV shot table, Foresight layout — Without a plan there is no FSX Pro — screenshot the unit's screen instead.

Unit screen / Bushnell Golf app

  1. Photograph the shot screen after each block and upload the images.

Format: Images (AI read)

Frequently asked questions

Does ShotIQ work with the Bushnell Launch Pro?

Yes. It exports the same FSX CSV as a Foresight GC3, which ShotIQ parses; screenshots of the unit's screen work too.

Is the Launch Pro the same as the GC3?

Same three-camera hardware, made by Foresight. The differences are the price, the subscription that gates club data, and the US-focused licensing.

Do I get club data for free?

No — the Launch Pro includes ball data out of the box; club speed, path, attack and the face/impact metrics need Silver ($199/yr) or Gold ($499/yr). The LPi needs a plan for everything.

Do I need stickers?

Yes for club data, like every Foresight unit. Ball data records without them.

Can I use it outside the US?

Historically US-only with a 45-day online check; Bushnell is expanding availability to UK/EMEA in 2026.
