How to export your data
- Sessions sync from the R10 to the Garmin Golf app automatically
- Open the practice session in the Garmin Golf app
- Use the session menu's Export / Share option to save the shot data (CSV)
- Upload the file to ShotIQ via Know Your Game → Add a session
Formats ShotIQ accepts from this source: CSV export from the Garmin Golf app, or screenshots of the session/shot list. Exact menu names move between app versions — look for Share or Export on the session detail view. And if a file won't come out, ShotIQ also reads screenshots of session screens and PDF reports, so no session is stranded.
