What it fixes: Starting putts on line.
How to do it
- Set two tees just wider than your putter head, 3 inches in front of the ball
- Roll 10 putts through the gate from 6 feet
- Then add a second gate at halfway to the hole for the ball to pass through
- Track makes out of 10 - tour pros make 90%+ from 6 feet
Pro tip: The gate gives instant feedback on face angle - the #1 cause of missed short putts

This drill moves Putts per round. A drill without a measured before/after is a feeling, not a fix: hit a baseline block, do the drill, re-measure the same block.
