What it fixes: Distance control and eliminating 3-putts.
How to do it
- Place tees at 20, 30, and 40 feet
- Putt 3 balls to each distance, trying to finish inside a 3-foot circle
- Score: 1 point per ball inside the circle, play to 7 out of 9
- Long-putt speed is the single biggest 3-putt eliminator
Pro tip: Look at the hole for your last practice stroke - then trust that feel
Watch it in your data
This drill moves 3-putt avoidance. A drill without a measured before/after is a feeling, not a fix: hit a baseline block, do the drill, re-measure the same block.
