What it fixes: Center-face contact off the tee.
How to do it
- Place two tees one clubhead-width apart, ball teed in the middle
- Swing through the gate without touching either tee
- Spray foot powder or use impact tape to verify strike location
- Track your center-strike percentage out of 10 swings
Pro tip: Strike location moves ball speed more than swing speed does
