Early-Extension Fix — Pocket Back
🔧 Ball-Flight FixesIntermediate3 sets of 8 swings
What it fixes: Keep posture so the hips rotate instead of thrusting at the ball.
How to do it
- Stand an alignment stick in the ground just behind your trail hip at address
- Make swings keeping that trail back pocket moving BACK and UP as you turn through — never toward the stick
- Feel space stay in front of your hips through impact
- Rehearse slowly, then add speed holding the same feel
Pro tip: Feel: your trail glute pushes back into a wall as you rotate — the belt buckle turns, it doesn't lunge at the ball.
