Top & Thin Fix — Hold Your Angles
🔧 Ball-Flight FixesBeginner3 sets of 8 shots
What it fixes: Stop topping — keep your spine angle and knee flex through the ball.
How to do it
- Set up with your backside lightly touching a chair or an alignment stick behind you
- Make swings keeping your backside in contact with it all the way to impact
- Feel your chest stay pointing down at the ball a beat longer — don't stand up out of the shot
- Keep the lead knee flexed and let the arms fall rather than lift
Pro tip: Feel: 'stay down and turn' — your shirt buttons face the ball through impact instead of rising toward the sky.

This drill moves Strike / contact — track it session to session with the Strike Location guide open. A drill without a measured before/after is a feeling, not a fix: hit a baseline block, do the drill, re-measure the same block.
